Prior checks may be necessary before the mandate is accepted, including checking for possible conflicts of interest.
For this reason, users are asked to avoid sending, through the contact form or other means of communication, confidential information that is not necessary for formulating the initial request, before the Firm has confirmed acceptance of the mandate.
